Belsheber Rusape Jr., born on November 7, 1997, in Zimbabwe, is a Zimbabwean-American voice actor who is currently based in Texas. Details about his childhood are scarce beyond what’s publicly available, but he identifies as “Bel” and carries a rich cultural background that informs his creative path.

Rusape’s interest in voice acting began early – he became fascinated with performing in the fifth grade, deepening his passion throughout middle school before launching his professional career around 2016. Although his official debut on anime projects is noted as Hanebado! (2018), he had already begun cultivating experience and development within the indie multimedia community.
