Belsheber Rusape Jr., born on November 7, 1997, in Zimbabwe, is a Zimbabwean-American voice actor who is currently based in Texas. Rusape’s interest in voice acting began early – he became fascinated with performing in the fifth grade, deepening his passion throughout middle school before launching his professional career around 2016.
