Lisa-Marie Lee is a Filipino-American actor and voice actress currently based in Alaska. She moved frequently during childhood – living in places like Turkey, Guam, and Germany – before settling in Alaska. Her very first taste of acting happened in kindergarten, although she didn’t return to performance until her senior year of high school. Later, she earned a BA in Theatre (with a minor in German) from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Having experienced acting on stage, Lisa – Marie discovered voice acting a bit later. After graduating, she realized she wanted to explore VO (voice over) work. Starting in late 2019, she took voice acting classes, began auditioning online, and steadily refined her craft.
Her voice actor career includes roles across video games, audio plays, ADR work, and animation. Notably, she voiced Baylee’s Mom and additional extras in the animated web pilot Ramshackle, created by Zeddyzi, which premiered in April 2024.
Unique Voice Style and Acting Techniques
Lisa-Marie brings an earthy, textured, warm, and playful quality to her voice performances. Her versatility shines through in her ability to voice a range of characters from a supportive mother to fighters, sarcastic siblings, or even a cute young child.
Her home studio setup is professional-grade: an Austrian Audio OC18 microphone paired with an SSL2 interface, housed in a well-insulated, acoustically treated 3.5’×6′ booth. She uses TwistedWave and Source-Connect for recording and collaboration. Through VO training with experienced coaches across animation, interactive media, ADR, and commercials, she has sharpened her vocal technique and character interpretation skills.
